Corporate event theming is the design process that transforms a venue into an immersive environment built around a concept — colour palette, lighting design, staging and decor — so the space reflects your brand and creates a specific mood for your guests. At AOV, theming covers everything from custom backdrops and ceiling installations to branded touchpoints and table decor.
Electric Sunset, Urban Oasis and Illumina are starting points to show what's possible, not a fixed menu. Most of our theming work is bespoke — we start with your brand, objectives, venue and guest experience, then design a concept from scratch, or adapt one of our signature themes to suit.
Theming budgets vary widely depending on venue size, guest numbers, the scale of installations and how much of the space you want transformed. We can scale a concept from a few punchy styling moments through to a full immersive build. The best next step is a discovery call so we can scope a concept and quote against your budget.
Yes. Each of our concepts is designed to adapt across formats, from an intimate 80-guest dinner through to an 800-person gala, without losing visual impact. We adjust the scale of installations, lighting and styling elements to suit the room and the occasion.
For a fully custom concept with bespoke builds, we recommend starting the conversation 2–3 months out where possible, especially for larger gala events, so there's time for design, sourcing and any custom fabrication. Smaller styling refreshes can often be turned around faster — get in touch and we'll let you know what's realistic for your timeline.
