  • Yes. At BCEC we manage full event planning and production, conference stage design, gala dinner transformations, expo styling and activation zones, lighting and AV coordination, entry statements and branded experiences, fast room turnarounds, and end-to-end event delivery. As a Brisbane based event agency, our approach is to transform BCEC's functional spaces into branded environments that feel exciting from arrival through to the final moment.

  • BCEC's biggest advantage is room to grow. Its multiple connected spaces let plenary sessions, breakout rooms, exhibitions, networking functions and gala dinners all run within one venue, so organisations can expand attendance year after year without needing to change venues. That flexibility makes it especially well suited to multi-day programs and ambitious conference agendas.
