The 2025 LMG Growth Summit brought together brokers, lenders and industry leaders for a multi-day conference experience at Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. Blending high-impact conference production with immersive networking and themed evening experiences.
Architects of Vibe worked alongside the event team to help deliver an environment that could seamlessly transition from polished keynote sessions and business presentations during the day to large-scale social functions and entertainment-led experiences at night.
Setting the Stage
The conference program utilised GCCEC’s theatre-style plenary spaces for keynote presentations, panel discussions and large-format content delivery. Oversized LED screens, custom stage builds and immersive lighting design helped create a premium presentation environment while maintaining strong visibility and engagement across the room.
One of the standout production moments was the custom scenic treatment surrounding the main stage. Layered textures, large-format visuals and integrated lighting transformed the venue into a branded experience rather than a standard conference setup, a key part of creating energy and momentum across the summit.
The Afterparty
As the program shifted into evening functions, the event transformed again.
Attendees stepped into a fully themed Wild West-inspired celebration complete with custom entrance builds, neon signage, oversized styling elements, themed lounges, interactive photo moments and live entertainment. Rustic textures, festoon lighting, pallet installations and custom scenic pieces helped turn the venue into an immersive social environment that felt completely removed from the daytime conference.
The event also incorporated interactive networking activations and branded content moments throughout the venue, helping encourage attendee engagement beyond the conference sessions themselves.
