SIXT Corporate Event
When SIXT brought their team together for a corporate event on the Gold Coast, the brief was all about creating an experience that felt distinctly SIXT — bold, energetic and anything but a standard corporate gathering.
Held at RACV Royal Pines Resort, the event took guests from a relaxed outdoor experience on the resort grounds through to a high-energy evening celebration inside the ballroom. Architects of Vibe delivered the event theming, styling, branding and production across both environments, creating two distinct experiences that worked together as one event.
The Brief
The challenge was to take a corporate event and make it feel like an experience rather than simply a day of activities and an evening function.
For the daytime event, the outdoor space needed to feel welcoming, branded and energetic, with SIXT's identity carried throughout the guest experience. This included branded entry moments, signage, vehicle displays, furniture, umbrellas and custom balloon installations that brought the SIXT brand to life across the lawn.
Then came the transformation.
As the day wrapped up, the event shifted indoors for an evening celebration — giving the AOV team the opportunity to completely change the atmosphere and take the SIXT brand in a more playful, high-energy direction.
The Experience
The outdoor experience made the most of the grounds at RACV Royal Pines Resort, creating a relaxed environment for guests to connect, explore and experience the SIXT brand.
A statement truss entry marked the arrival, with bold SIXT signage and directional elements guiding guests through the space. Branded vehicle displays became part of the experience, while oversized black, white and SIXT-orange balloon installations added a strong visual moment to the lawn.
Across the space, outdoor furniture, umbrellas, flags and branded activation points created a cohesive environment that felt polished without losing the relaxed feel of an outdoor Gold Coast event.
The result was a corporate event environment that felt more like an experience than a traditional conference setup.
The Transformation
When the sun went down, the event moved inside — and the vibe changed completely.
The ballroom was transformed into a bold, immersive SIXT celebration, with the brand's signature orange brought into the space through dramatic lighting, branded screens and signage.
Custom menus and table details carried the SIXT identity through to the finer details, while disco balls, entertainment and a DJ setup gave the room a distinctly energetic feel.
Rather than simply carrying the daytime branding into the evening, the design evolved with the event — creating a more sophisticated, atmospheric environment built for celebration.
The Result
From the first branded arrival through to the final song of the night, the SIXT event was designed to feel cohesive while giving each part of the experience its own personality.
The outdoor event brought the SIXT brand to life across the RACV Royal Pines grounds, before the ballroom transformation shifted the energy into a bold evening celebration.
